Horihiro, based in Oita Ken, is a tattoo artist with a deep connection to the traditional Japanese hand-carved tattoo technique (tebori). While sumi is his specialty, Horihiro also works with a wide range of colors, following the tradition of his master Horisoh, from Oita Ken.
